Refund & Returns Policy

At Feelitson®, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best quality products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

Certain items such as personal care items, innerwear, customized products, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping.

3. Refund Process

After inspection of the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank account/UPI.

4. Replacement/Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product for another size/color (if applicable), you can request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged / Wrong Products

f you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with product images.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defective or wrong product sent by us
