Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Feelitson®, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to know how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days.

Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days.

Remote/Interiors: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

For orders below ₹1499, a small shipping fee may apply.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional handling charge

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

You can track your package on the respective courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the customer is unavailable, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

urrently, we deliver across India only.

7. Damaged / Missing Products

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

If any product is missing, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery
